The Ultimate Wedding Registry Checklist + Free Printable!

Registering for your wedding can be really overwhelming. This list will help make sure you don't miss anything. If you're going out to register for your wedding, you'll need to bring along this free wedding registry checklist.

If you’ve been tuning in for Wedding Wednesday lately, we’ve been chatting all about wedding registries as we make our way through The Ultimate Wedding Checklist.

I gave you all of my wedding registry tips and tricks and we talked about where you should register for your wedding while describing each store’s perks and policies.

Today I’m so excited to share with you the Ultimate Wedding Registry Checklist. And it wouldn’t be complete without a free wedding registry checklist printable.

Instructions for getting the wedding registry checklist printable are at the bottom of the post.

Admittedly, registering for your wedding is one of the more fun parts of the wedding planning process. There are so many things that you may want to register for (and some unexpected items you may forget you need like a toolset).

This wedding registry checklist will help you keep track of everything. Now, you will probably decide that you don’t need to register for EVERYTHING on this list…but remember as I mentioned in my wedding registry tips and tricks, you should register for what you need AND what you want.

Your guests what to give gifts that you’ll use and cherish. If that’s bikes and outdoor games for you, by all means, add it to your wedding registry!

This wedding registry checklist contains affiliate links, but nothing that I wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend anyway! Read my full disclosure here.

The Ultimate Wedding Registry Checklist

This ultimate wedding registry checklist will give you a good idea of all of the essentials and other sorts of things that you may not think you would register for (everyone needs a flashlight, right?).

I’ve added in some links and notes below on some of the items of things that we use and love and also a few newer products I found that are just too cute not to share.

KITCHEN

  • Plates (including accent plates & bowls) – sad story, the plates we ended up registering for got discontinued while we were engaged so we had to return the ones we had already received and find something else. We didn’t end up receiving the new plates as a gift and then right after the wedding I stumbled upon the exact same set discounted at Burlington Coat Factory. They only had one box with 6 settings, but I snatched it up. A couple weeks later I found another box of the exact same ones at Big Lots. Score!
  • Silverware – we love ours.
  • Mugs – how cute are these Mr & Mrs mugs?
  • Cookware Set (Pots & Pans) – we couldn’t be happier with the Caphalon Easy System set we have. I love that you can strain using just the tops! Don’t forgot the tip I gave you a few weeks ago. Register for each piece individually so you have items on your wedding registry at smaller price points. Then you can return the pieces and exchange it for the set and use that extra money towards something else.
